To perform laptop & PC upgrade and attend to IT PC/laptop operation support.

Manage hardware/software database, inventory and licensing.

To provide technical support on user/technical related issues of systems and operations in the goal of achieving optimum uptime.


To provide user training and ensuring best practices and standard are employed and keep system related documentation.

Possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent.

At least 5 years of working experience with demonstrated competency in providing executive level support.

Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written) is required.

Knowledge in computer hardware and software troubleshooting, networking administration.

Hardworking, multi-tasking, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.

Initiative, independent, mature and able to meet tight deadlines in a challenging environment.

Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
