KAJ expanded its wings through their involvement in Construction and Engineering division. Having registered and obtained licenses from government and private agencies such as Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) Class A, Contractors Industrial Development Board G7's grade and Water Services Commission Permit IPA type C1 and type D (sewerage), KAJ has been engaged in river cleaning, river beautification and sewage treatment all over peninsular Malaysia.
Recently, KAJ had completed projects such as cleaning, landscaping and beautification of Malacca river, flood mitigation projects, upgrading of drainage systems, pond excavation & river deepening, land reclamation and installing of a sewage trap in Johor river. Our other projects include demolishing, designing & rebuilding vehicular and pedestrian bridges, design & build water theme park, hotels, amphitheatre, condominiums and the latest attraction, The Malaysia Eye which is set to captivate the public with a total height of 98 meter ferris wheel plus theme park in Pulau Melaka.
